Steps to Cook Lo Han Guo and Pear Stew
Ingredients.
Add water to a clay pot, add Lo Han Guo, and cook over heat.
Peel the pears, use a melon baller to scoop out pear balls for later use. If you don’t have a melon baller, cutting into chunks works too!
After 15 minutes, remove the Lo Han Guo.
Add the pear balls.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat.
