Main Ingredients:
Granulated Sugar: 100g; Red Food Coloring: as needed; Blue Food Coloring: as needed.

Corn Syrup: 40g; Water: 30g.

Steps to Make Lollipops
Prepare the ingredients in advance.
In a non-stick pan, add granulated sugar, corn syrup, water, gently shake the pan to dissolve the sugar.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, do not stir in between, turn off the heat when bubbles appear.
Pour the cooked syrup quickly into molds. Since the sugar sets quickly, this step was not photographed. Finally, dip a toothpick in food coloring or add some candy pieces you like, insert into the lollipop stick, let it cool, and it’s ready to eat.
