Steps to Cook Lor Song Soup
Cut beef into chunks
Blanch in boiling water
Change water and cook in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes
Prepare ingredients
Cut beetroot into quarters, cook in a pressure cooker with water for 15 minutes. Peel and cut into pieces after cooking
Cut potatoes, celery, and tomatoes into pieces; dice the onion
Shred the cabbage
Melt butter in a pot, sauté onions until slightly golden
Add tomatoes and tomato juice
Add celery and stir-fry
Add cabbage
Sauté until boiling, add beef and broth
After boiling, add potatoes, salt, and pepper
Simmer for 20 minutes, add beetroot, and cook for another 10 minutes before serving
Drizzle with 1 tbsp of light cream before serving
