Detailed Steps for Cooking Lotus Root and Pork Rib Soup
Ingredients. Cut the ribs into pieces, I used the bones on both sides of the ribs.
Fill the pot with water, add two slices of ginger and a section of spring onion, and bring to a boil.
Add the bones and cook until there is no blood, then remove.
Peel and cut the lotus root into pieces.
Cut the carrot into pieces.
You can make some decorative cuts, mine turned out a bit rough.
Put the cooked ribs, lotus root, and carrot into the soup pot.
Add an appropriate amount of water, a few slices of ginger, and two sections of spring onion.
Put it in the electric pressure cooker for half an hour, add a little salt and chopped spring onion before serving.
