Prepare the main ingredients
Remove the lotus root joints
Scrub the lotus root with a wire brush to remove the skin
Rinse the lotus root thoroughly
Cut the lotus root into large pieces
Blanch the pork bone and remove the foam
Put the pork bone into a soup pot filled with water
Add the lotus root to the pot
