Detailed Steps to Make Low-Fat Whole Wheat Chicken Wrap
Prepare the ingredients and boil water!
Mix Queen Whole Wheat Flour and salt, then add boiling water.
Knead the dough in an ACA chef machine until smooth, no need to form a film! Roll into a round shape, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 or 5 portions, roll into rounds and set aside.
Roll out each portion into a round piece about 20cm in diameter.
Heat a non-stick pan without oil, place the dough on the pan.
Heat on low for 2-3 minutes, then flip and heat for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Take a prepared whole wheat wrap, spread a suitable amount of low-fat chili sauce or your preferred sauce.
Place a piece of lettuce, shredded chicken breast on top.
Roll up and cut into slices for serving!
