Lychee Egg Pouch Cooking Steps

Peel and pit the lychee, tear into small pieces.
Heat water in a milk pan, add rock sugar, stir until melted.
Turn off the heat, slowly pour the beaten egg into the bowl along the edge of the pan. (Turning off the heat is crucial, as leaving it on will cause the egg to disperse and not hold its shape).
Allow the residual heat to set the egg into shape, then turn to the lowest heat, add goji berries and lychee, cook for one to two minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle mixed nuts into the bowl and serve.
