Weigh and prepare all ingredients.
Place eggs, sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl.
Beat on high speed until the mixture becomes lighter in color, thick, about 3-5 minutes.
Sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder mixture in three additions.
Fold in the egg batter evenly.
Melt butter over low heat, add a quarter of the egg batter, stir until fully combined into a butter batter.
Pour the butter batter into the egg batter, mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Bake at 190 degrees for 9-11 minutes until the edges start to turn golden brown, then remove from the mold.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy~
