Place the leftover rice in a lunch box, compact it with a spoon or other tool, and refrigerate it for the next day’s use.
The next day, take it out of the refrigerator, it’s already formed! Pour it out, cut it into 2 pieces for a thicker appearance! Enjoy it as is (I didn’t add salt or starch, I prefer the original flavor. No need to worry about it falling apart during frying).
