Detailed Steps for Making Main Sweet Bread
Pour in 200ml of soy milk first.
Then add corn oil.
Approximately 30g of white sugar, 5g of salt.
I made a 750g bread, so I used around 330g of high-gluten flour.
Finally, pour 5g of yeast on top of the flour, make sure the yeast is on the top layer of the dry flour.
Select the main bread function, choose the browning level, weight 750g, and press start.
It will be ready in about 2 and a half hours.
Slice it after it cools down, it’s really soft and delicious even without spreading anything on it.
