Detailed Steps for Making Simple and Delicious Italian Pasta at Home
Add a few drops of olive oil and 1 spoon of salt to the water for boiling the pasta. Boil the pasta for 10 minutes.
Cut a cross on the top of the tomatoes, remove the bottom, and blanch them in boiling water. Peel off the skin.
Prepare the ingredients.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes.
Prepare the seasonings. I ran out of tomato sauce, so I used a small one. Cheese powder is optional.
Heat the pan and add some oil. Fry the sausage until the surface is slightly yellow.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add onion and stir-fry until the surface is slightly transparent.
Add tomatoes and stir-fry until they release their juice and become a paste.
Add tomato sauce and black pepper sauce according to personal taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and stir-fry evenly. Add chopped sweet basil. It’s optional, but fresh basil is better if available.
After mixing well, serve it to your child. I like to add cheese powder, so I added some. It’s optional, and you can eat it without it.
