Ingredients: 4 packs of fresh milk, 1 pack of yogurt bacteria, 40g of granulated sugar. Sterilize the container first.
Pour 3 packs of fresh milk into a milk pot and heat over low heat.
Add granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
Remove the pot from heat and pour in another pack of fresh milk to cool it down. When the temperature is around 30 degrees Celsius, pour in the yogurt bacteria and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the container.
Close the lid. If the lid has a vent, close it as well.
Place the container in a bread machine and turn on the yogurt function. Wait for the yogurt to be ready.
