Steps for cooking Mango and Raisin Toast Pizza
1. Cut the mango into small pieces and mix with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. 2. Place the toast in a dish and spread an appropriate amount of Thai sweet chili sauce on it.
3. Spread a layer of shredded cheese on top of the toast.
4. Add the mango pieces on top of the cheese,
then add the raisins,
and finally sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese on top.
