Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Mango Cocoa Cake
Prepare ingredients: Mix high-gluten flour with cocoa powder, mix eggs with granulated sugar, and prepare milk;
Sift the high-gluten flour and cocoa powder mixture;
Heat a pot of warm water;
When the water is warm but not too hot, place the egg bowl in the warm water; beat with an electric mixer until the mixture leaves a distinct mark when lifted and does not disappear easily;
Pour milk into the egg mixture and quickly fold with a spatula until well combined;
Add high-gluten flour and cocoa powder; quickly fold up and down with a spatula until well combined;
Pour the cocoa batter 80% full, gently shake on the table;
Preheat ACA oven to 180 degrees with both top and bottom heat, set the timer for 20 minutes;
Place the mold on the middle rack of the ACA oven and bake for 20 minutes;
After the program ends, remove the mold and take out the cocoa cake; prepare mango, Greek yogurt, and chocolate sauce;
