Steps to Cook Mango Glutinous Rice Cakes
Add milk powder to glutinous rice flour.
Add caster sugar.
Pour in milk and coconut milk.
Stir well.
Place in microwave, heat on high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute.
Cut mango into pieces.
Heat glutinous rice flour until slightly translucent, stir while hot for a chewier texture.
Let glutinous rice flour cool, take a small piece and shape it into a disc, then wrap it around the mango.
Coat with a layer of desiccated coconut, and they are ready to eat.
