Steps to Make Mango Ice Cream
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Add lemon juice and 40g of sugar to the egg yolks.
Stir until the mixture turns pale.
Pour in the milk.
Stir well.
Place a small pot on the stove, cook over low heat while stirring to prevent burning.
Cook until thickened, then remove from heat and let it cool.
Use a food processor to puree the mango flesh.
Add the mango puree to the cooled egg yolk mixture in batches.
Stir thoroughly.
Whip the whipping cream with 40g of sugar until stiff peaks form.
Then fold the mango mixture into the whipped cream.
After thorough mixing, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker that has been frozen for at least 12 hours, churn for about 20 minutes, then transfer to a container and freeze for 2 hours before serving in scoops.
