Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Mango Mousse Cake
Cake Ingredients
-Separate egg yolks and whites, mix egg yolks with 50-70ml of milk, then add sifted flour and mix until smooth.
Add a little sugar to egg whites, beat until foamy and stiff peaks form.
Gradually fold 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk and flour mixture in 3 additions.
Finally, fold the egg whites into the egg yolk and flour mixture gently until well combined.
Preheat the oven, pour the cake batter into a pan, place it in the oven on the middle rack with some water at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let the cake cool before using!
Ingredients for Mousse
Blend mango with milk and sugar in a blender to make mango puree.
Set aside.
Soften the butter.
Crush digestive biscuits, mix with softened butter, press into a pan, and refrigerate.
Whip the cream.
Whip until stiff peaks form.
Soak 3 gelatin sheets in 20-30ml of milk until dissolved.
Finally, fold the dissolved gelatin into the whipped cream and mix well.
Split the previously made cake in half.
Take out the chilled crust from the refrigerator, place one layer of cake on top, pour in the mango puree, and smooth it out.
Place the second layer of cake on top, pour in the mango puree, shake gently to level the cake, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours!
After two hours, add a mirror glaze of your choice, such as peach-flavored QQ candy.
Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours.
Use a hairdryer to loosen the mold and enjoy!
