Step-by-step Cooking Instructions for Mango Mousse Cake
Cut a large mango in half and scoop out the flesh.
Blend the mango flesh with a little milk to make mango puree.
Soak the gelatin sheets.
Melt the soaked gelatin sheets over hot water.
Stir the melted gelatin sheets into the mango puree until well combined.
Combine whipping cream with sugar.
Whip until there are visible lines.
Mix the mango puree with the whipped cream.
Place a piece of cake in a mold, cut slightly smaller than the mold.
Pour half of the mousse sauce over the cake, refrigerate to set if desired.
Place another piece of cake in the mold.
Pour the remaining mango mousse sauce, refrigerate for another two hours.
