Steps to Make Mango Mousse Cup
Peel 1 mango.
Cut the flesh into small cubes.
Put the mango cubes in a small saucepan, add sugar and water, and cook until the sugar dissolves.
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
Puree the mango cubes in a blender.
Pour the pureed mango back into the saucepan, add the gelatin sheets, and stir until melted over residual heat.
Whip cream with powdered sugar until it forms soft peaks.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture until well combined.
Fill cups, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
