Dough: Dumpling flour 250g, yeast 5g, milk 175g, salt 3g, sugar 20g, butter 15g.
Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and milk in a bread maker until well combined.
Add butter and mix.
Knead until the dough is smooth and can be stretched into a thin film.
Place in a large bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place.
Let it rise until doubled in size.
Remove the dough, deflate, divide into two equal parts, shape into rounds, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out into rounds about 22cm in diameter.
