Main Ingredients:
Pudding Powder: 100g; Mango Puree: 100ml; Granulated Sugar: 40g.
Additional Ingredients:
Water: 900ml.

Steps to Make Mango Pudding
Prepare the ingredients, mix granulated sugar with pudding powder;
Bring water to a boil, pour in the mixed granulated sugar and pudding powder;
Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly;
Pour in the mango puree;
Stir well;
Remove from heat, strain, pour into molds, let cool and refrigerate. (Strain using a regular sieve to remove bubbles on top. If not strained, the pudding will have many bubbles on top after setting, affecting the appearance)
