Steps for Making Mango Sago Dessert
Boil water in a pot, then add sago to cook. (Make sure the water is boiling before adding sago) (Xin Mama failed once because she didn’t wait for the water to boil before adding sago)
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes (depending on the amount), until the sago looks like there is only a little white left in the middle, then turn off the heat and let it simmer for a while until it is completely transparent.
Then remove and rinse with cold water. (This will make the sago more elastic and have a better texture)
Then add milk (or Lulu).
Just enough milk to cover the sago, then soak for an hour or longer. (Let the sago soak up the milky flavor)
After an hour, you can see the sago soaked with milk.
With the sago done, prepare the mango, Lulu, and condensed milk.
Use half a bowl of Lulu and heat in the microwave for 40 seconds.
Then cut the mango into small pieces and put them in a cup. (Or squeeze it into juice)
Then add an appropriate amount of sago, pour in the heated Lulu, and add a spoonful of condensed milk. Stir well.
Mango Sago Dessert is ready.
