Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Mango Yogurt Jelly
Soak the yogurt pack in warm water and set aside.
Peel and extract the flesh of the mango.
Blend half pack of milk with the mango in a food processor to make mango puree.
Soak gelatin sheets in cold water until soft, then melt them using a double boiler.
Mix two-thirds of the melted gelatin into the mango puree, stir quickly until well combined. Keep the remaining gelatin liquid in a hot water bath to prevent solidifying.
Pour warm yogurt into a large cup, mix well with the mango puree, then quickly stir in the remaining one-third of the gelatin liquid into the yogurt.
Pour a portion of the mango puree into a container, freeze in the freezer for about 10 minutes to quickly solidify.
Once solidified, pour in the yogurt and continue freezing, layer by layer, to create distinct layers of Mango Yogurt Jelly. Finally, add the mango puree and refrigerate in the fridge until set.
