Steps to Make Maple Cinnamon Bread
Pour all ingredients except butter into the bread machine, adjust the amount of milk, knead for 10 minutes.
Add butter and continue kneading for 30 minutes.
Take out the dough, pat it a few times, put it in a bowl, and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Fermentation is complete.
Divide the dough into 9 small doughs, roll them into rounds, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll out a small dough into an oval shape.
Roll up along the long edge, press the bottom edge flat.
Shape into a long strip.
Fold and twist into a twisted shape.
Stuff the joint into a circle (similar to the old-fashioned bread rolling method, please refer to the teacher’s instructions).
Place on a baking sheet and let it ferment until it doubles in size.
Brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
