Marble Cheesecake Cooking Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients
2. Wrap the cake pan base with aluminum foil
3. Place digestive biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin
4. Melt the butter in the microwave, pour in the crushed digestive biscuits, mix well
5. Spread on the bottom of the mold, press firmly… Most people use a spoon to press, but I just used my hands… Oops
6. Heat the cream cheese in a water bath to soften
7. Add caster sugar, mix well
8. Add eggs one by one, mix well
9. Add a few drops of vanilla extract (optional… I just happened to have some left over…), mix well
10. Sift in cornstarch, mix well
11. Add yogurt, mix well
12. Gradually add whipping cream, mix well
13. Finally, add lemon juice, mix well… Cheesecake batter is ready
14. Pour the cheesecake batter into the mold, tap on the table to remove air bubbles. Add chocolate sauce to the remaining batter in the bowl, mix well to make chocolate topping… Forgot to include the chocolate sauce in the ingredient picture… FYI, melted chocolate or cocoa powder can also be used as substitutes.
15. Use a small spoon to scoop some chocolate topping and draw concentric circles on the surface of the cheesecake
16. Dip a toothpick in a small amount of topping and create patterns on the concentric circles. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, place a pan of water in the oven, and bake in a water bath for about 1 hour. Remove and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
