Cut the butter into small pieces.

Add milk to the mixture until it forms a granular state. Do not press too hard to avoid the stickiness of the dough.
Shape the mixture on plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Mix the chocolate ingredients like the original flavor mixture, without adding milk.
Add milk to the mixture intermittently, without pressing too hard.
Shape the mixture on plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Roll out both doughs to the same size ratio.
Roll up from one end like a sushi roll.
Continue shaping the dough.
Shape into 12cm long.
Fold the dough into thirds.
Repeat the folding process.
Roll the dough into a length of about 24cm and refrigerate until it hardens.
Cut into 1cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 14 minutes.
Cool the cookies on a rack or vertically.
