Peel the steamed sweet potato.
Put it in a plastic bag and mash it into sweet potato puree.
Place it in a bowl and shape it. If the yogurt is not very thick, make the surface flat.
Drizzle a few spoons of yogurt on top, you can refer to my previous recipe for thick yogurt.
