Steps to Make Matcha Cake Roll
Prepare all ingredients.
Beat the eggs until foamy, then add cream of tartar and powdered sugar.
Continue to beat until soft peaks form.
Sift in the cake flour and mix well.
Bake in the oven at 165 degrees Celsius for 9-11 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Whip the cream with matcha powder and fine granulated sugar.
Spread the matcha cream on the cooled cake and roll it up.
