Matcha Ice Cream DIY Cooking Steps
a) Mix the heavy cream and milk together. b) Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the egg yolks and stir until combined.
Pour step 1 into a small pot and cook the egg mixture over low heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
a) While step 2 is in progress, mix the matcha powder and granulated sugar together. b) After step 2 is turned off, pour the matcha powder and sugar mixture into the pot and stir.
Pour step 3 into the remaining milk and cream mixture and stir.
Pour step 4 into a cold, covered storage container and put it in the refrigerator. After an hour, take it out and stir to improve the texture. Repeat at least 4-5 times. Finally… enjoy!
