Prepare all the ingredients.
Soak 15g of gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.
Heat 100g of milk and 50g of sugar in a pot until it starts to bubble.
Divide the milk into two bowls.
Add the softened gelatin to one bowl of milk and stir until it dissolves.
Add one box of original flavor yogurt (205g).
Pour the yogurt mixture into the milk mixture with the gelatin and mix well.
Add 4g of matcha powder to the other bowl of milk and sift it for a smoother texture.
Whisk 250g of cream until it becomes thick and creamy like yogurt.
Add the whipped cream to the milk mixture with the gelatin.
Mix well with a silicone spatula.
Divide the mixture into two parts, one with matcha powder and one without.
Pour the two mixtures alternately into the mousse mold.
Use a bamboo skewer to create a marble effect on the surface of the mixture.
Beautiful! Refrigerate for 4 hours and then remove the cake from the mold by wiping it with a hot towel.
