Steps for making Matcha Pudding
Prepare the ingredients
Pour milk into a cup
Crack two egg yolks and one egg white into a bowl, and reserve one egg white for later use
Add granulated sugar and stir well
Beat the sugar and egg mixture with an egg beater until well combined
Heat the milk in the microwave for 2 minutes and remove it
Remove the milk skin with chopsticks
Add matcha powder to the milk and stir well to make matcha milk

Stir well to make matcha pudding mixture
Prepare a strainer for filtering
Filter the mixture once
Filter the mixture again, repeat twice to make the liquid smooth
Pour the mixture into a prepared pudding bottle, note: the bottle should be boiled with hot water beforehand
Fill the bottle, but not too full
