Detailed Steps for Making Matcha Towel Roll
Combine eggs, powdered sugar, and milk in the same container.
Beat until well mixed.
Sift in the mixture of cake flour and matcha powder.
Gently mix, avoiding circular stirring.
Filter through a sieve several times to achieve a smooth batter.
Add corn oil.
Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Scoop a suitable amount of batter and spread evenly in a non-stick frying pan. Cook over low heat until small bubbles form, indicating it’s cooked.
Gently remove, repeat (can make 8 pieces), and let cool.
Prepare the homemade cream cheese chilled in the refrigerator for 48 hours in advance.
Place in a container and add powdered sugar according to personal taste.
Stir well.
Place the cooled cake with the shiny side down, stack four pieces together, press the edges together, spread with cream cheese, and sprinkle with a layer of daily nuts. As shown in the picture.
