Steps to Make Matsutake Mushroom and Steamed Egg
Wash and slice the fresh Matsutake Mushroom.
Put a little olive oil in the pan and fry the Matsutake Mushroom slices for a while.
Sprinkle a little rose salt on top.
Flip the Matsutake Mushroom slices and continue frying for a while.
Sprinkle a little black pepper on top.
Beat the eggs, add a little salt and cooking wine, add an appropriate amount of water according to the ratio of egg liquid to water of 1:2, and filter it.
Cover with plastic wrap and place it on the steaming rack of the rice cooker that is already boiling water for cooking rice.
Steam for about 10 minutes, the egg custard is very smooth, and remove it from the rice cooker.
