Prepare the ingredients.
Slice the sausage and matsutake mushrooms.
Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into pieces.
Fry the matsutake mushrooms until fragrant.
Sauté the potatoes, carrots until half cooked, then add the onions and stir-fry for a few seconds.
Rinse the rice and add water. Pour the potatoes, carrots, and onions into the rice cooker and press the cook button.
Cook the rice until it is 80% done, then place the sausage slices on top of the rice.
Then add the matsutake mushroom slices on top of the sausage.
When you hear the rice cooker beep, add soy sauce and use chopsticks to mix the rice evenly. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
