Main Ingredients:
Mei Cai Rou Mo (Preserved Mustard Greens with Minced Pork): 70g; Wu Jin Dou (Stringless Beans): 300g.
Additional Ingredients:
Ginger: 10g; Garlic: 10g; Beef Sauce: 1 tbsp; Oil Chili: 1/2 tbsp; Soy Sauce: 1 tbsp; Sugar: 1/4 tbsp.
Taste: Medium Spicy; Cooking Method: Stir-fry; Time: Ten Minutes; Difficulty: Easy.
Mei Cai Rou Mo Wu Jin Dou Cooking Steps
Soak the preserved mustard greens in water overnight to remove excess salt.
Squeeze out the water from the preserved mustard greens and chop them finely.
Finely chop the pork and spring onions.
Heat the pan and melt the lard.
Stir-fry the minced pork until cooked.
Add the chopped spring onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the preserved mustard greens and stir-fry.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and some water, and simmer for a while.
Cook until the sauce thickens, then remove from heat and set aside.
Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Wash and dice the stringless beans.
Heat oil in the pan and stir-fry the stringless beans.
Continue cooking until the beans wrinkle, then remove from heat.
Use the remaining oil in the pan to sauté the chopped spring onions and ginger.
Add beef sauce and oil chili, and stir-fry.
Add the preserved mustard greens and pork, and stir-fry briefly.
Add the stringless beans, stir-fry, and season with soy sauce and sugar.
Plate the dish. Goes well with rice.
