Detailed Steps for Cooking Meiling Congee
Prepare the ingredients, steam the Chinese Yam in advance, and soak the soybeans in water for a few hours.
Pour the soybeans into a soy milk maker and blend into soy milk.
While making soy milk, cook the rice with water. Meanwhile, peel and mash the steamed Chinese Yam into a paste for later use.
