Detailed Steps for Microwave Enoki Mushroom
Cut off the roots of the enoki mushroom and wash them clean.
Drain the water from the enoki mushroom and pour all the seasonings except chopped chili and scallion into a bowl. Because yellow bean sauce and steamed fish soy sauce are salty, the amount of salt can be adjusted according to personal preference. I didn’t add salt.
Put the enoki mushroom into a microwave container with a lid.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the enoki mushroom.
Cover the container and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Finally, add chopped chili and scallion on top.
It’s very delicious.
