Cooking Steps for Milk Mango Banana Pizza
Dough: Dumpling flour 100g, Yeast 2g, Water 110g, Salt 1/4 tsp, Sugar 5g, Olive oil 5g.
Combine flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and water in a bowl.
Mix until loose, then add olive oil.
Knead into a smooth, elastic dough.
Roll into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place.
Dough should double in size.
Remove, deflate, roll into a ball, and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Roll out into a circle about 22cm in diameter.
Place in an 8-inch pizza pan, gently push from the center outwards to the edges of the pan.
Filling: Condensed milk with cheese flavor as needed, Mozzarella cheese 100g, Mango 1, Bananas 2.
Peel and dice the mango, slice the bananas, and set aside.
Poke holes in the dough with a fork.
Spread condensed milk on top.
Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.
Arrange banana slices on top.
Add diced mango on top.
Sprinkle another layer of shredded cheese, then let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven, place the pizza in the middle rack, bake at 200 degrees Celsius on top heat and 250 degrees Celsius on bottom heat for about 15 minutes.
When the surface is golden brown, it’s ready.
Remove from the pan, let it cool slightly, and enjoy.
