Whole Milk: 420g; Gelatin Sheets: 13g; Drinking Water: 70g.

Caster Sugar: 55g.

Steps to Make Milk Pudding
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Cut the gelatin sheets into small pieces, soak in drinking water until softened, then heat over a double boiler until melted.
Add caster sugar, continue heating over a double boiler until the sugar is melted, then remove from heat.
Heat the whole milk slightly over low heat and then remove from heat.
Pour the melted gelatin mixture into the whole milk, stir well.
After mixing, pour into molds, filling them 7-8 full.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Once set, remove from molds.
