Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions for Milk Sago Pudding
Place washed sago in cold water, bring to a boil until sago floats, then simmer on low heat until the small white dots in the middle disappear. Turn off the heat, let it sit for 10 minutes, then soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Dissolve 50g of QQ Jelly in hot water separately for strawberry and blueberry flavors, then add soaked gelatin sheets and stir until completely melted. Add 100g of cold water to each flavor (to avoid excessive sweetness).
Tilt the cup, place a folded towel underneath to prop it up, pour in the flavored syrup until it almost covers the bottom of the cup, then refrigerate.
After refrigeration, it will look like this.
Tilt the cup in a different direction and pour in the blueberry flavored syrup, then continue to refrigerate until completely set.
Once set, add the pre-cooked sago to the cup.
Pour in the milk, top with a small flower for decoration, and a delicious cup of Milk Sago Pudding is ready.
