Steps to Make Milk Strawberry Mousse

Start by making a basic sponge cake

Blend strawberries with 150ml of milk to make strawberry juice. (If the strawberries are not sweet enough, you can add a little powdered sugar)
Dissolve gelatin powder in hot water, ensuring it is fully dissolved without any granules. Let it cool and set aside
Whip the cream until it reaches a 7/10 consistency and is still slightly runny. (In warm weather, the cream may need to be chilled before whipping for better results)

Combine strawberry juice, cooled gelatin, whipped cream, and vanilla powder to make the mousse sauce
Cut the cake into two pieces according to the size of the mold. Place one piece at the bottom, spread the mousse sauce on top, then add the other piece of cake. Pour more mousse sauce on top, smooth it out, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
Dissolve QQ candy in a little water to make syrup, let it cool slightly, then pour it evenly over the chilled cake. Return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes. Use a hairdryer to blow around the edges for about a minute before removing
Since there were extra ingredients, another square mousse was made
Although it wasn’t decorated on top, it may not look very appealing. However, the taste is really good, not too sweet, with a strong and fragrant strawberry flavor
