Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix all the ingredients (except for the granulated sugar) and sift them.
Boil the water and add the granulated sugar until it completely dissolves.
Pour half of the mixture slowly while stirring it with a spoon until it boils, then add the rest of the mixture and stir until it boils again. Turn off the heat.
Remember to keep stirring until it cools down. Otherwise, it will form small lumps. I usually put it in a large bowl filled with water and stir it until it cools down, then strain it.
Pour the mixture into your favorite small cups.
