Steps for cooking Minced Meat Braised Sea Cucumber
Finely chop the lean and fat pork into minced meat;
Blanch the sea cucumbers in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then remove and set aside;

Heat the wok, add cold oil and stir-fry the minced scallion and garlic until fragrant;
