Wash and dry the fresh mushrooms, and remove the stems.
Cut the shrimp into small pieces after removing the intestines and washing them. I used quail eggs because I had them at home. Mix the minced meat, water chestnut powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper together.
Stir the mixture in one direction until it is well mixed.
Coat the mushrooms evenly with starch.
Fill the mushrooms with minced meat and steam them in a steamer (steam for about 8 minutes over high heat). Pour the juice from the plate into the pot and cook it with starch until it boils, then pour it over the mushrooms (if it is too light, add some salt, it is best to adjust the taste all at once).
Decorate the steamed mushrooms with cherry tomatoes.
