First, hollow out the middle of the thick sliced bread and fry it in a pan. Pour the raw egg and diced ham into the hollowed out area and mix well. Fry on low heat.
When it is cooked, cover the toast with cheese slices and place the previously removed bread on top. Flip it over and fry until it sticks together.
Remove from the pan, slice and serve.
