Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour: 200g; Tapioca starch: 50g; Water: 300ml; Granulated sugar: 50g; Mango powder: 5g; Matcha powder: 5g; Strawberry powder: 5g; Red bean paste: appropriate amount; Salad oil: appropriate amount.

Steps to make Mochi
Put glutinous rice flour, tapioca starch, and granulated sugar into a container, mix well, and add appropriate amount of water.
Stir until the batter becomes ribbon-like.
Divide the batter into three equal parts, and add 5g of matcha powder, strawberry powder, and mango powder respectively, and stir well.
Steam for about twenty minutes until cooked.
Remove and let the dough cool to warm.
Put a small amount of glutinous rice flour in a clean, non-stick pan, and stir-fry over low heat until cooked.
Take a piece of dough, wrap the red bean paste filling, roll it into a ball, and then slightly flatten it.
Roll it in a thin layer of cooked glutinous rice flour and it’s ready to serve.
