Detailed Steps for Making Moisturizing Lung and Beautifying Almond Tea
Start by taking 50g of sweet almonds. These almonds have a high protein content, making them ideal for making almond tea or almond milk with a rich almond flavor and smooth texture.
Soak the almonds in warm water for 2 hours to easily peel off the yellow skin on the surface of the almonds with a gentle rub.
Rinse the goji berries, Ruochang red dates, and Ha Guo dried apricots with clean water and set aside. The bright red goji berries are so lovely and have a special sweet fragrance.
The Ha Guo dried apricots are quite dry and need to be soaked for a while.
Red dates and walnuts are very nourishing.
After two hours, the almonds that have been thoroughly soaked will have the yellow skin easily peeled off with a gentle rub, leaving them very tender. Cut the apricots into shreds. Plate all the ingredients and set aside.
Enjoy the warm spring sunshine for a while, and come back in 15 minutes!! The soy milk maker has finished working~ Pour the cooked almond milk into a bowl. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add rock sugar according to your taste, which is also good for moistening the lungs in spring.
Here’s a perfect combination…hehe…I like almond tea with crunchy American almonds and loofah tea.
