Rock Sugar: to taste; Soy Sauce: to taste; Yellow Wine: to taste.

Soak the Monkey Head Mushroom in warm water

Rinse the Pig Stomach with clean water on both sides, then pour some vinegar, add some flour, and rub it to clean thoroughly

After cleaning, boil the Pig Stomach in clean water for about 5 minutes to remove the odor and fat. If you have a pressure cooker at home, pressure cook for about 10 minutes to shorten the soup cooking time.

Squeeze the water out of the Monkey Head Mushroom, tear it into small pieces, cut the Pig Stomach into strips, put them in the rice cooker, add Lotus Seeds, Red Dates, Rock Sugar

Add water in the rice cooker just covering the ingredients, add Soy Sauce, Yellow Wine, mix well. Since I didn’t have Yellow Wine, I used cooking wine instead.

Press the soup cooking button, and then you can just sit back and relax. If you have a dedicated clay pot or soup pot for stewing, that would be even better! Anyway, I only have a smart rice cooker, and the soup turns out just as delicious!
