Main ingredients:

Detailed steps for cooking Mousse Tiramisu

Crush the peanuts and oat sugar!

Melt the butter in a double boiler!

Mix the butter and crushed peanuts together, spread it in a mousse ring, and press it firmly! Refrigerate for more than three hours! I covered the bottom of the mousse ring with plastic wrap!

Cut the cream cheese into pieces and mix with white sugar!

Beat evenly!

Soak the gelatin sheets in water until soft, then melt them in a double boiler!

Beat the cream well! It should be about 70% done!

Take out the refrigerated crushed peanuts, cut the strawberries in half and arrange them around the outside of the mousse ring!

Mix the cream and beaten cream cheese together, and stir well!

Then pour in the melted gelatin water and stir well!

Pour into the mousse ring, smooth the surface, refrigerate overnight, and then sift in the matcha powder and place the snowman strawberries on top!
