Soak the rice for half an hour and use the usual amount for cooking rice.
Prepare the required ingredients.
Cut the mushroom, sausage, and scallion into small pieces.
Sauté the diced radish in a pan to remove excess water and spiciness. Remove from the pan once it becomes soft.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the sausage until it releases oil. Add the mushroom and scallion and stir-fry. Add the diced radish, oyster sauce, five spice powder, soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry.
